Return & Refund Policy

1. We always make sure all our products are in good condition before packing otherwise we will inform you if we have no replacement stock.

2. Goods sold are not returnable or refundable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s), otherwise it will not be accepted for return.

3. Please note that term of "incorrect item" does not include subjective reasons such as dimension is not what customer expected , not up to expectation and changing mind. However, if the item(s) has a defect, customer can look for exchange within 3 days from the date of received with us by email or telephone. Any late response will not be entertained. Please provide photos and describe the damage in email to enquiry@immersemusic.com.my. All delivery cost (from and to) will be borne by customers.

4. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping packaging as received. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods /products, customer will receive their refund/goods for replacement within 14 days after the confirmation.

5. The shipping fee charged only for one time shipment. We shall not be liable for next shipment charges due to wrong information provided by customer or re-delivery after customer unavailable to take delivery in the first delivery.
